Get a great vintage wall paper feel with the Bella stamp. Use parts as border, medallions, or the whole stamp as an all over print. I like to use stamps with embossing powder. Use for a tile look by just using the outline. This could be stamped in embossing medium and then embossed with velvet texture embossing powder for a really elegant look. I suggest you also have one of the IOD brayers to apply your ink or paint to the stamp area evenly.
